The Human Resources application is a fully featured system designed to completely track and manage employees. Within Human Resources are several subsystems that provide related information, including employee and applicant tracking, risk management, hazardous materials management, certification tracking. A detailed inquiry subsystem both coordinates and makes this information instantly accessible. All the subsystems are integrated into a single application to completely cover an organization's employee management needs. The system is fully position-based and provides extensive site flexibility through the use of user-defined tables for all code and tracking definitions. Human Resources is fully integrated with the Payroll application to eliminate duplicate data entry.
