Envision Series - Geobase Management

The Geobase Management system serves as a central repository and property tracking system for all property related applications. This location or property based system stores information about owners, occupants, legal description, hazardous material storage, special conditions and several other property related details. Records may be located through the use of several powerful search routines that are standard to the system. Included are lookups by owner, address, property identification number and legal description. Lookups are supported using alphabetic, word or phonetic searches allowing for extensive flexibility. All property transactions maintain the data within the Geobase Management system to be continuously accurate.
