Envision Series - Fleet and Equipment Maintenance

The Fleet & Equipment Maintenance system manages the maintenance and repair for all vehicles and assets managed by an organization. For each asset, the system reports on costs for all activities, including labor, materials, repair, equipment use, outside contractor costs, overhead and fuel. Fleet & Equipment Maintenance uses user-controlled tables to define codes both for system-wide entry and for vehicle/asset tracking. Multiple maintenance schedules may be defined for each asset or asset group, so work is scheduled automatically when it's due, and upcoming work is also reported on vehicles already in the shop for unscheduled work. Full detailed history is maintained on all assets for ongoing reporting and management. Specialized files are maintained for vehicle storage specifications and work definitions. User-defined work codes, American Trucking Association (ATA) standard codes, or a combination of the two are supported for work management.
