Envision Series - Fixed Assets

The Fixed Assets system maintains an inventory of all depreciable and non-depreciable assets tracked by an organization. The user can choose any of several different methods for handling depreciation. Depreciation is automatically interfaced to General Ledger, Purchasing, and Fleet & Equipment Maintenance, all of which minimize re-entry of information. The Purchasing interface automatically tracks all new assets, while the Fleet & Equipment Maintenance interface tracks asset costs, repair, and maintenance activity. In addition to standard asset information, the system also tracks insurance plans, maintenance contracts, and lease programs on all assets. An extensive inquiry system allows complete availability of asset information, including simulated depreciation and full asset history reporting.
