e-ASG provides a complete range of services for the
implementation of
Envision-Series:
- Envision-Series Software installation: we can deploy the
software
on virtually any platform and relational database of your choice.
- Envision
Series functional training.
- Conversion of your existing data to Envision Series using
Automap :
Identifying required
data elements, mapping of legacy data to columns of new database and
populating the new database with this data.
- User assistance: End user assistance is time provided as
defined in the implementation plan and is intended to provide one-on-one assistance to end
users as they implement the applications. In essence, this is
a handholding approach
to improve end user success, attitude, and acceptance. It is normally scheduled at
key events during the installation, such as during parallel processing. We have
found that user assistance greatly improves the success of software implementation
projects.
- Customization services: e-ASG can add specific functionality
to your Envision Series installation. Because of the underlying development environment VisualAge Pacbase, custom
developments are forward compatible with new releases of Envision Series, thus protecting
your investment and efforts.
- Interface development: specific interfaces not already
included with the software can be developed to import and export information with your
other systems and applications running on the same or any other platforms.
- Technical training: we provide technical training to your IT
staff in support of Envision Series, including VisualAge Pacbase
training.
