Envision Series - Business License

The Business License application provides for the complete licensing process and detailed information on all licensed businesses. Business licenses and associated charges may be defined into user controlled tables and maintained as charges or licenses are amended. Charges may be based on flat amounts, percent of revenues or by a multiplier on a user defined event, such as seating capacity. Licenses for a specific business may be generated on separate license documents or several licenses on a single document based on user control. Extensive text information may also be maintained on each business and license with unlimited history reporting.
