Envision Series - AutoView and Auto Viewer

The AutoView System is a fully featured application that automatically and simultaneously allows users to access the central database with Microsoft Access to develop ad hoc reviews, reports, and queries. The primary capability of AutoView is to seamlessly tie application data to PC tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and reporting tools) in use at the user desktop. This approach provides significant end user productivity improvement as applications become an interactive part of daily work. New reports, complex inquires, data loading into spreadsheets, mail merging with form letters, printing of special forms and numerous other activities that previously required days of work by the MIS staff now be accomplished in just minutes by the end user. AutoView is the most advanced consolidation of Windows/PC functionality and broadly based application software available today. Autoviewer allows end users to run the queries and reports built with AutoView without having to know Access and also enforcing the security rules defined in the Envioson Series Security Management module while running ad hoc querry and reports.
